Audrey Gunn

Audrey is a luminous body-centered therapist & life coach based in Boulder, Colorado, practicing within the innovative modalities of craniosacral & polarity therapies. Her training began with life, long before opening her practice or even began training specifically for biodynamic craniosacral & polarity. As a precocious child she was influenced by meditation, yoga, travel, Buddhism & the Tao, & above all, a love of nature & music. From her perspective, these various paths are related. Together they provide her guidance & grounding in humanity, simplicity, & wisdom.

The innovative fusion of biodynamic craniosacral & polarity offer support for the nervous system to settle, soften, deepen & expand. The focus is on the person as a whole system, appreciating & integrating the experiences of life & bringing balance.
