Avishai Pearlson is a passionate and accomplished Organic Farmer, Chef, and Bodywork Expert. From Northern Israel, to the North Western American Coast, to the Peruvian Andes, Avishai has been creating Kibbutz-inspired communities, celebrating and cherishing their sustainability and simple abundance. An international Breema Bodywork Instructor, Avishai finds permaculture farming and meditation in the mountains to be serious fun. With his life companion Viviana, Avishai co- directs an Eco Lodge/ Wellness Retreat Center/Organic Farm named Chacra Emek (Sacred Valley Retreat & Education B&B).
