Jill Emich
Jill Emich is the owner of Shine Restaurant and Gathering Place, Shine Potions ™ and Shine Brewing Co ™ in Boulder, Colorado. She graduated from UNLV with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management and attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. She was the owner of Trilogy Wine Bar, Restaurant and Lounge from 2000-2009 when she sold it to start a private chef and catering company which then led her to Shine’s opening in December of 2012. Her mission is to help people tap into their magic and power within as conscious creators. Her focus is on nutritionally inspired comfort food, product development, event production, community outreach, and beer and potion connoisseur. She is a huge supporter of local organic food. She loves to connect with others and to be of service to the greater good. Through her role at all things Shine, she encourages people to dance, play, explore and dig deeper into their personal beings, to share their gifts and SHINE from the heart. She owns and runs her companies with her two sisters. The three of them are triplets with Jill being the middle of the three. She is an avid yogi, dancer, and loves to bike and hike in the mountains in and around Boulder. Her and her sisters first gluten free and paleo inspired cookbook and lifestyle book, Eat. Drink.
