Sample Daily Itinerary

Please note that this is a sample schedule and while we will mostly follow this format, we may need to be flexible to accommodate for excursions and cultural activities that we are doing on any given day. We do our best to balance our schedule with ample rest and relaxation as well as all of the exciting adventures. All activities are optional. However, we encourage you to participate as much as possible so that you get the most out of your adventure!


8:00 am Energize the body with a morning yoga session

9:30 am Prepare for the day with a nourishing breakfast

10:00 am Free time or planned activity

1:00 pm Refuel with a fresh locally-sourced lunch

2:00 pm Free time or planned activity

6:00 pm Ground yourself through an evening yoga session

8:00 pm Wind down the day and enjoy a delicious dinner
